Mandatory Unboxing Video
A 360-degree unboxing video is compulsory for any damage, defect, or incorrect product claim.
The video must be continuous from opening the sealed package till the end, without edits, cuts, or filters.
Claims without valid video proof will be rejected immediately.
Damage caused after delivery or by customer handling is not eligible.
Refund Policy
Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery only if the product is incorrect or defective.
Approved refunds will be credited within 4 business days after product verification.
Replacement Policy
Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery for incorrect or defective items.

Damages & Issues
Inspect the product immediately upon delivery and report any issue without delay. All claims are handled strictly under the unboxing video policy.
Product Variation
Minor color or appearance variations due to lighting, photography, or stock availability are normal and not considered defects.
Invalid Return Reasons
Change of mind or no longer wanting the product is not accepted.
Once an order is placed, it forms a legally binding purchase agreement.
Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods, customized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
Cancellation Policy
